Write for us
Select Wellness Guide welcomes considered pitches about the details that shape ordinary wellbeing. Send proposals through the Contact page; a clear question and a defined reader takeaway are more useful than a finished draft.
What we welcome
We are interested in original, general-reader writing about rest, attention, movement, connection and daily routines. A pitch might explain a familiar experience, compare everyday options, trace a useful history or offer a bounded guide to a particular context. The subject should be safe to explore without readers needing professional credentials or local rules to act.
What makes a good pitch
Tell us the working title, the central question, the main idea you would develop and why it suits Select Wellness Guide. Explain what makes the piece distinct from familiar advice, and note any sources or expertise it would rely on. Keep claims proportionate and avoid promises of health outcomes, diagnosis or treatment.
How to send it
Use the Contact page and choose the editorial question option to submit a proposal. Include your name and a way to reply through the form. Please send a pitch rather than an unsolicited full article, and do not include private or sensitive personal information.
Wellbeing is a practice of noticing.
Select Wellness Guide looks at the ordinary details that shape a day, leaving room for different needs, habits and circumstances.
